The land is only 1 mile off Interstate-80, Exit 145. There is legal and physical access right to the parcel via existing dirt roads (Kings View Road, and Prince Royal Road).

The land is NOT in flood plain.

Power is at lot line, or you can use Solar.

Water would be by drilling a Well, or you can haul water to a storage tank.

Sewer would be by installing a septic system.

There are several homes in the near vicinity.
