Roberts Hardwood Forest is accessed off Jess Bishop Road. A dirt road runs through the eastern side of the property and continues onto the neighboring property. Power is available along Jess Bishop Road.
Site Description
The tract has a small field and gently sloped areas that would be a nice spot to build a cabin or a small retreat. As you go further into the property, the terrain is moderately hilly and heavily forested with hardwoods.

In 2019, a professional forester inventoried Roberts Hardwood Forest. The current timber volume is estimated to be 413,950 BF of mixed hardwood sawtimber. A full report can be provided. The forest is a mix of age classes with trees ranging from six inches up to thirty inches in diameter.
