About Belen
Belen is only 17 minutes away from Tierra Grande and is geographically at the center of New Mexico. There is a commuter railroad to Albuquerque and Santa Fe in Belen and several festivals throughout the year. The total population is around 7,000. Property values in Belen and Valencia County are likely to see a boost due to the upcoming construction of a Facebook data center in Los Lunas (15 minutes outside of Belen and 30 minutes from Tierra Grande).
