The basement has unique 10 Foot Tall ceilings and a walkout that has plumbing, utilities, and electrical set up for a full outdoor kitchen to be added. This house has been well thought out in construction, with everything from extra plumbing for an optional bar area to an on demand water heater that feeds from another water heater to help ensure there is not too much demand when water use is high. There is in floor heating underneath the beautiful Acacia hardwood plank flooring throughout the house and the large a-frame perfectly holds south facing windows allowing natural light. Enjoy the log fireplace in the main living room while cooking on the gas range in the open floorplan kitchen with a breakfast counter island under granite countertops.
There is a large 2 bay storage outbuilding with one half plumbed and insulated as it was once used as a living quarter while the house was built. This large shop will give you plenty of options and space to use as you wish.
