The most common recreation opportunity for Landerites is the public land access past Sinks Canyon State Park as you head up the switchbacks, where you can do everything from horseback/backpacking to camping and fishing as far back into the Wind River Range as your legs can take you.

There is a local airport Lander Hunt Field Airport and the Riverton Regional Airport is 40 minutes from the property with direct routes to Denver International Airport. Only about 3 hours from Jackson Hole by a vehicle you are close enough to world class skiing and 4 hours to Park City, Utah for the additional amenities of a large city.
