The November Ranch, located in Aiken County, South Carolina is a beautiful small cattle/horse ranch. The main house sits low and cool behind and between the ponds. The other pond is located in the front paddock and is used for cows and horses as an additional water source, The hay field and back pasture are planted in Tift 85 Bermuda grass and are lush and thick.

The main house sits low with a full wrap around porch. Behind it cut into the hill is a saltwater swimming pool with a wall that runs along the rear of the pool area. The house is spacious and remodeled. A portion of the wrap around porch is screened in for entertaining when the gnats come out. Sitting on the hill behind the main house are the horse stable and then in the woods behind it is the cabin. The stable is metal exterior with a wood lined interior. There are 6 total stalls for horses, a wash area, tack room and a big storage area that is currently being used as an exercise/weight room. The fencing on all the paddocks and pastures is top notch. The well and water system is well thought out and laid out to easily water all areas with livestock. The cabin was never finished and would be a fun project. Recreation
The outdoor lifestyle is perfect for this property. There is a working pen and round pens to train horses. The woods are full of cut trails to spend the days trail riding horses, riding atv's or just walking. There are deer stands thru out the property that are set up and ready to go with one big tower stand behind the back pasture and hay field with a big food plot. Several other food plots are located thru the wooded area. The big pond is full of panfish, largemouth bass and catfish. And if it gets to hot just spend the day relaxing in the pool.

The November Ranch is currently being used to raise and breed longhorn cattle that have superior genetics for growing big horns.
