Proper Analysis: Heavily recreational area that sits just far enough outside the Indian Lakes development a few miles away. Nearby an Air Force base, there is a disclaimer regarding the noise on the Assessor's website. The tract is inaccessible directly; there are no utilities or road access, and it is not suitable to build on. Rrpoa membership with proof of deed) grants use to the entire zone. It seems the area is desirable for hunting, ATV use, etc. Given Florida's continued population boom, land for personal recreational use like this could be heavily desirable in the near term.
