One parcel was planted to Kerman Pistachios in 2012.
The other parcel was planted to Golden Hill pistachios in 2014.
All of the tress are Ucb1 rootstock.
The property is located in the Tule water basin. There are two (2) water filtration pump stations on the properties. It is a single line drip irrigation but could be converted to a double system. There is one (1) recharge reservoir. In total there are three (3) 300 HP electric powered wells.
The soil is silty clay loam.
