The county maintains the roads here and they're smooth wide cut dirt access roads coming just a couple blocks into this property. We've had a decently humid summer here, and the vegetation, which is mostly sagebrush, is looking very green. Soil content is mostly sand on top, which is typical for this area, probably for about 3-6" until you get to dirt. Good minerals, lots of quartz rock.
