Timber Canyon contains 1,995 deeded contiguous acres approximately 25 miles East of Baker City, Oregon. The property consists of native range pasture which is lightly timbered on the upper South end. While the owners use it as late spring, summer and fall pasture, the property offers excellent deer and elk hunting. It is in the Lookout hunting unit and has LOP tags available.
The topography of the ranch varies and goes from 5,200 feet on the South to 3,200 feet on the North end. There are a couple of large draws and the timber is on the upper end. This a highly desirable hunting area with hunters having very good success. There are no public roads through the property which makes it very attractive as a hunting/recreational property.
