Underground line from the outdoor wood burner is completed so you could put in-floor heat in part of the barn.

In addition, there is a 20 x 30 Steel barn, a 12 x 12 Green house, a 32 x 90 Hoop House, and a chicken coop.

All of the electrical lines on the property have been buried in conduit in 2012.

There is a second well for farming operations on the farm (4" and 150 + ft deep). There is a Rainbird 16 zone irrigation controller (5 zones are installed) and a frost free line to the Hoop house. There is electric fence around 20 acres (needs repair).

In addition to vegetables, the property includes many perennial plants including raspberries, asparagus, horse radish, lemon sorrel, rhubarb, elderberries and apple and pear trees.

Overall there is about 55 acres of wooded land (with maintained roads) and 25 acres of open tillable land (2-3 in vegetable production and rest in pasture).

After a fulfilling day of working farm, hiking the woods or swimming in the pond, you can sit and enjoy the sunset on the fabulous deck that is shaded by a massive horse chestnut tree.
