Camping and overnight RV's are not permitted. There is $50 per year due as association fees. There are no time limits to build, and no requirement to make you build. Taxes are about $10 per year per lot. There are No liens, taxes, and encumbrances due on the property. We will transfer ownership with a "Warranty Deed" which will Guarantee Free and Clear Ownership.
