ZONING: R1 - Camping is not a permitted use in this zoning district. Living in an RV, even temporarily, is not allowed. If you build a house, you are allowed to store your own personal RV behind your home. Even if you are in the process of building a home on your property, their regulation is not to allow you to stay in an RV. Couple of zoning districts - CG3 and RV FUD that does allow for staying in an RV. If the manufactured home is classified and regulated as a Modular Home through the Department of Business and Professional Regulations and is built and permitted in accordance with Florida Building Code, then yes, it would be allowed.
