An entire section of land, 620 acres, just off of Oregon's Highway 140. Native surface roads from the highway provide access to the remaining majority of the property. Supremely located in this picturesque setting with Mt. McLoughlin as the backdrop, the landscape holds a healthy mix of reproduction timber that is predominantly fir and pine. A small marsh in the middle of the property attracts local wildlife and springs can be found around the land, along with a beautiful seasonal pond and West Branch Willow Creek. Unique rock formations are scattered throughout with the prominent one overlooking the entire property. In the cold months this place turns into a winter wonderland with plenty of activities available on the land itself or in the nearby winter recreation area. In the summer it is just a few miles to Fish Lake and Lake of the Woods, two of Southern Oregon's well known summer destinations. Enjoy this beautiful land as a timber investment or as a private retreat.
