Weikal died on July 24, 1985, thus vesting sole title in her surviving husband. Being the same premises conveyed to Janice E. Nickols and Willard W. Weikal, tenants in common by document recorded June 9, 1989 in Warren County Record Book 0250, Page 0117, the same having been sold by the Tax Claim Bureau on unpaid tax claims entered by the Bureau for the year(s) 2011-2019 to Carysfort Reef LLC on the 16th day of August, 2019.
