Located in Downeast Maine in the town of Wesley about 70 miles East of Bangor, the town has a population of about 100 people. The Deerhaven subdivision is well back off the main road, offers public access to Otter Lake on lot 510 and to Long Lake on lot 112. Both lakes have decent fishing. The area is noted for hunting with lots of small camps and some not so small year-round off the grid homes. East access to miles and miles of ATV and Snowmobile trails, easy commute by either to Machias for gas, restaurants or to link to the Downeast Rails to Trails. Several guide services operate close by, yet the area offers a lot of privacy for those who do not hunt.
Camp is well designed, well planned with its front screened porch, open kitchen/dining living room area with a wood stove for heat. One bedroom and a bathroom w/instant hot water, shower and composting toilet. Privy outside
