The Quarter Circle Ranch is located in the Big Horn Basin in north central Wyoming and priced at only With 1,591 +/- deeded acres and a BLM in common allotment, this property is ideal for a livestock operation. This area of Wyoming is known for its milder winters and productive ground. With panoramic views of the Absaroka Mountain range to the west and the Big Horn Mountain Range to the East, this ranch is in a picturesque setting located along Gooseberry Creek. Aanother set corrals can be used to work and/or ship livestock with an additional round corral built out of pipe. There are several outbuildings including a 2,920 sq ft shop and a 750 sq ft barn. There are approximately 142 +/- flood irrigated acres of cropland. The property has been utilized for hay and grain crops as well as irrigated pasture for livestock. Irrigation water is delivered through a ditch system with dirt ditches and gated pipe providing water to the fields. Irrigation Water is provided by Gooseberry Creek with an early water right that is superior to those downstream.

Owner rated at 120 AUMs, this property provides a feed base for both grazing and hay/grain production to operate a livestock operation year-round with some supplemental hay. Grazing land goes from creek bottom pasture to undulating hills in the north. The grass and salt sage on the rangeland provide good feed for livestock. Livestock water is provided by Gooseberry Creek, wells, and ponds and considered to be good.

Property access is excellent with Gooseberry Creek Road, a low traffic paved highway, traveling through the property.
