Chestnut Flat Farm is a six broiler house farm on 60+/- acres of open land in Walker County, GA. This farm has 4 60x520 houses built in 2008 and 2 40x500 built in the mid 90s. This farm grows a 4.5lb bird for the Pilgrims Chattanooga Complex on a 40 day growout. This farm has had a historical gross annual income of +/- 60x520 houses have Cumberland Feed lines with chickmates, Tunnel Doors on Cool Cells, Rotem Controllers, Spark Ignite Brooders in the Brood Area, Ziggity Drinker lines, Solid Interior and Exterior Walls, Concrete Curb Walls, and Stir Fans. The seller has applied and has approval on Energy Audit cost share money for the farm. The seller will be doing some updates on the farm with those funds, any unused funds can transfer to the new owner. This will cover some of the needed updates for the farm.
