Surrounded by various species of oaks the one acre pond holds an abundance of life from wood ducks to fish as well as the Brown Thrasher song birds that can be seen swooping down into the pond.

Not only do the ponds and multiple fields offer breathtaking views, but also the populous and manicured loblolly pine stands that respectively overlook the farms entirety offer the ideal spot for your own dream estate. Already installed is a 170 foot drilled well and underground power so as not to interfere with the properties stunning vistas. This makes it convenient for you enjoy your property the day you purchase it.

For approximately 1500 feet Factory Creek flows amongst the grand oaks offering nearly a twenty acre cathedral style hardwood bottom on the back of the property. The grounds that make up this spectacular property have been maintained in a conservation easement as well as a bird and wildlife sanctuary.

History - The current owners purchased this property in 2012 and then began their fruitful journey of restoring this property back to its original old growth beauty.
