Matyak crops & grass tract is a 160 +/- acre tract of land that has a little bit of everything! It boasts 90 +/- acres of native grass, 2 nice ponds, a holding pen, and 70 +/- acres of crop land. There are a few trees that border the north end of the tract which were holding deer and turkey when I toured the property. I also came across quail while walking the pasture, so wildlife is an other plus to this property. It is currently planted to corn and is signed up in the ARC-Co program. This is a great income producing piece of land over-all. Give me a call at if you would like to take a closer look at this nice tract of land.
