The land slopes to the north from a ridge on the south side. The gazebo is on top of the ridge just of the road with an excellent view all around and the road to the south side. The Mark Twain National Forest is 990 feet to the east and you have access to it via the easement road (see maps). The National Forest is open to hunting as well as hiking.
The parcel is about 520 feet deep on the west side, about 445 feet deep on the east side and 330 feet east to west or about 3.6 acres.
This parcel is very pretty with nice views and very private with a half mile of Forest Service Road to get to it. About all you can hear out here are the wild turkeys, deer, song birds and squirrels. No highway traffic, no trains, no planes, just….. well….nature.
