There are a few properties with houses on them in this valley but the ones closest to the property seem to be uninhabited.

Vegetation in the area is mostly Sage Brush and Prairie Grass with some wildflowers and cactus. I have seen Deer, Antelope and Rabbits in the area. There are also coyote and some badgers.

Roads are decent and passable by any vehicle. As you get closer to the property the roads are less traveled and not as well maintained.

This would be a great property for someone who wants to live off grid. Most of the houses in this area have solar power and above ground water storage.
