The current owner has hunted it lightly over the years but has taken some great bulls and a few deer off the property. The Elk & Deer quality in this area is exceptional and is well-known throughout the state as one of the premier big game hunting units. Other animals on the property are Merriam's Turkey, Big Horn Sheep, Bears, Grouse and numerous small game species and birds. The abundance of water coupled with the diverse habitat on the deeded ground creates great sporting opportunities from Deer & Elk archery season in September to spring Turkey season in April. The strong running springs makes the potential for development of a few fishing ponds very viable as well. Additionally, the town of Cheyenne, WY is within a 1.5 hour drive and the front range of Colorado is under a 3-hour drive.
