There are five 40x500 houses built in 2006 and four 40x500 houses built in 2005. 2 generators, Choretronics 2 controllers, 2 stack sheds, an older single-wide mobile home, a small apartment built in between the poultry houses, well and city water, and propane gas. 7 houses have C2 feeders and 2 houses have Cumberland feeders. There's a pond, some open land, and potential home building sites as well. Triple H Poultry is capable of producing in gross income annually. This is a good producing farm ready for a new owner. Triple H is a bio-secure area. No farm visitors without an appointment and a PoultrySouth Team member present. All buyers must be prequalified and show proof of at least available for down payment.
