Land Description

All Wooded- Great Hunting- Nice Creek.

This is a beautiful all wooded track located in Buckingham County. The parcel has some level areas but also has a nice roll to the property. The woods are a mixture of hardwoods and pines. There is a small creek running through the bottom land into a really nice creek known as Little Sycamore Creek that also runs through the property. As I was walking through the property, I saw plenty of deer and turkey sign. The hardwoods make a great food source for the wildlife so they can browse and eat. The two creeks provide plenty of water for the wildlife. This property would make a great hunting track, recreational track, or build your getaway home. The parcel has already been divided into 5 different parcels, so if you have family and you want someone to have there own parcel, this can be done. The James River isn't far away if you enjoy the river for water recreation.
