Directions to Land
From Saffell, Arkansas, go approximately 1.60 miles north on State Highway 25 and turn Right on Lawrence County Road 350. Go approximately 1.85 miles and the northwest corner of this farm is on your right.
Lawrence County stopped maintaining County Road 350 about 1/2 mile west of the land. From this point, there is a locked gate. The land owners have private access on this road from this point.
The owner reports he also has an easement along field roads from State Highway 361, (Southeast of this farm). This state highway runs from Saffell to Lynn, Arkansas.
