The tract is approximately 40 miles east of Charleston, WV and approximately 16 miles west of Fayetteville, Wv.
The property has approximately 5.5 miles of direct river front access on the Gauley River, extending from the town of Gauley Bridge traveling north to the community of Belva. There are multiple income producing natural gas wells on the property. A good mix of variable aged upland hardwood timber is growing on the property which provides an opportunity to generate income through the harvesting of timber. There is a Timber Agreement on the property with a local third party timber buyer refer to the Timber Agreement document. The property also offers multiple outdoor recreational opportunities such as ATV riding, fishing on the Gauley River, canoeing and kayaking on the Gauley River, hiking, bird watching, wildlife watching, wildlife photography and large/small game hunting.
