The El Dorado NW 2 Tract 03019-03631 is a +/- 53-acre tract of timberland located in northwestern Union County about five miles northwest of El Dorado, AR North 33.277150, West 92.709303. The site was mostly planted with loblolly pine in 2014 - observed average diameter ranged between 4-6 and total height ranged between 15-20 feet tall. The topography consists of well-drained upland hills with a thin intermittent hardwood creek drain flowing northerly through the property.
