Westville Plantation is located in southwest Holmes County near the town of Westville along State Road 181. The tract has paved road frontage along State Road 181 for a distance of 1.2 miles and paved road frontage along County Road 179 for a distance of.35 miles.
The Water

Paul Pond, is a 20 acre open deep water lake that is shared by the ownership of Westville Plantation and an adjoining landowner. Mud Pond is a 6 acre pond with a mixture of timber and open water.

From the intersection of Interstate 10 and County Road 279, (Caryville-Exit 104) travel north on County Road 279 for approximately 1 mile and turn left on US 90. Continue on US 90 for approximately 2.5 miles and turn right onto County Road 179A. Continue on County Road 179A for approximately 3/10 mile and turn left onto State Road 181.
