Directions to Land

Directions: Directions can be a little tricky in this area. Make sure you do your homework before heading out trying to find this property. From Copper Gulch Road, you can get there from County Road 18X from the north or K Path that Turns to E Path according to Google to the south. It might be a little less confusing heading in from the south on K Path. Cut and paste this coordinate into Google Maps on your phone for the turnoff on Copper Gulch: 38.313869, -105.486722 Turn to the east and the road will turn North after a little bit and then turn and start wondering North East. Keep on this same road, marked “E Path” on Google Maps for about 1.6 miles. Once it starts heading mostly North again look for a left-hand turn 1.6 miles from Copper Gulch Rd. Turn Left then take your first Right and you will drive right to the property. If the first left doesn't work take the second and that will take you right there too. Have the corner waypoints pulled up on your phone before you leave Canon City or Westcliffe. Just cut and paste the numbers below into Google Maps (but not the NW etc…). You will see a red pin for the waypoint and the blue dot shows your location on the map. You can zoom in more and more as you get closer. Once you are zoomed in all the way and the blue dot is over the red pin you are at the corner, typically within 10 or 15 feet.
