Summer carrying capacity is 1 animal unit per acre. Entire ranch has been chemical free for at least 12 years. Farm is eligible for fast track organic certification.

The enticing wooded acres make the perfect environment for wildlife. Featuring phenomenal white tail deer and turkey hunting on this property. The neighboring government ground is also home to giant whitetail deer, an abundance of turkey, and waterfowl. Only minutes away from Rush Creek State Natural Area and the Delta, putting this property in the middle of a major flyway for birds migrating South. The wooded acres boast an impressive amount of matured red oak, white oak, cherry, and walnut trees.
