From Sheri Road you can walk the couple hundred feet right up to the edge of it and look down and over it all. The area has scattered sagebrush, native grasses and massive green meadows that go forever with spectacular rock formations jutting up from the green floor. It looks like a stagecoach should be going by any time.

Holbrook offers all of the facilities you could ask for. There are 3 community parks, a public library, museum, recreation center, swimming pool, 8 tennis courts, 8 racquetball courts, 6 softball fields, community centers, a golf course, bowling alley, shooting range, and the county fairgrounds. There is also an array of medical care facilities, schools, grocery stores, banks, restaurants, etc., as you would expect in a county seat. It is the economic hub for northeastern Arizona.

You will have platted legal access. The scenic Hennessy Buttes are about a mile away to the northeast. This property is less than a quarter of a mile from the northern border of the subdivision and less than a third of a mile from state owned land. You would be comfortably close to town but not in a fully developed subdivision.

You will exit off of Interstate 40 at the Sun Valley Exit, which is Exit 294.

Coming off the Exit Ramp, turn North on Sun Valley Road and drive for about 0.5 mile.

Turn right onto Pima Road and drive east for 2 miles.

Keep right and in 0.07 mile turn left, heading east again.

0.85 mile later there will be a fork in the road, stay left and continue for 0.25 mile.

Turn left onto Coyote Road which turns into Sheri Road and drive north for about 6.36 miles.

Turn left and drive 1 mile west.

Go south for 1,331 feet. The southeast corner of the property will be about 0.22 mile west of you (to your right).
