From Powell go North on Highway 295 Until you pass Ln 6.
Once at Ln 6 Continue North on Highway 295 about 3000ft until you reach a home that will be on the right side of highway 295.
Once you reach the home continue past the house and pull over to the right side of Highway 295 and look east (Right)
All the land between the first home you passed on highway 295 and the second home along highway 295 is the 35 acre parcel.
