It is loaded with deer. There is a secluded food plot that is easly accessed without spooking the game. A fresh seeding of alfalfa borders the south side of this farm. This is a property you can hunt on the fringes and never disturb the game inside. Nearly all of this acreage is nothing but a big bedding area. The property borders a county gravel road and there is rural water and electricity on the property. Adjoining landowners to the west practice strict trophy deer management. Small tracts with all the bells and whistles of this property are hard to find. This is my personal property since 1989 and I have hunted here since I was 13 years old.
