Location: The Smyth Road Tract is located approximately six miles west of Rutledge just off US Highway 10 on Smyth Road in west Crenshaw County, Alabama.

Description: The tract has flat to gently sloping terrain with several small wet areas scattered over the tract. There are approximately 0.2 miles of road frontage on Smyth Road, a public county road. The property lines are marked with red boundary paint where needed.
It has approximately 113 acres (95% of the tract) of premerchantable pine plantation planted in January 2019. Most of the balance of the acreage is in small wetland areas and ponds.
It has the potential for excellent investment returns with high site quality, good stocking and growth; the pine plantations have been planted with genetically improved planting stock. The tract is certified under the American Tree Farm System.
This is excellent wildlife habitat for deer and turkey. There are a couple of green fields already established with the opportunity for expansion of green fields strategically placed along roads and property boundaries.
