This is an excellent hunting parcel contained on the northern end of F.W.C.R. and is incomparably priced at Lot 488 is one of the largest in the ranch at 73-acres. The property includes a rustic shed that is not permanently affixed. This is a structure for storage or waiting-out the weather. The parcel is heavily-treed with sloping topography and areas of thick timber. A draw extends the length of the tract with a dependable spring located just inside the fence line of the adjacent property owner.
