The lodge has generated powered electricity and propane gas capabilities along with a 130 ft. drill well that provides running water to the lodge. The 10 inch poured basement contains a bar, sauna, storage, furnace and hot water heater. The rec room with walk out access to the river expands the basement space.

There is also a 30X26 ft. log cabin 50 ft. from the main lodge, which can be utilized as a guest lodge. A 36X26 ft. utility pole barn sits on the property as well as a generator building.
