The North Village tract 03019-03432, which contains approximately 74.25 acres, is located in the eastern part of Columbia County, Arkansas, about eleven miles east of Magnolia, AR North 33.280894, West 93.041562. Access to the northern edge of the tract is good with a dirt woodsroad running southwesterly for roughly four-tenths of a mile from Columbia Road 436, a paved public county road. The tract is timbered largely with a stand of mature stand of natural pine that regenerated from an old farm field as well a hardwood creek drain. The tract is well-drained with the topography gently sloping towards the middle from the north and from the south. According to Usda Nrcs soil survey information, the tract is evenly split based upon Harleston very fine sandy loam and Briley loamy fine sand, which give a weighted average site index of 85.0 feet for loblolly pine base age 50 years.
