The property has 1,557 merchantable pine plantation acres 15 years of age which carry over 99,676 tons of pine volume equating to an estimated 64 tons per acre. In total, there are over 133,257 tons of merchantable pine, hardwood and cypress timber.
AFM has set up an electronic data room containing information for prospective purchasers to use as they evaluate the offering. All prospective purchasers who execute a Confidentiality Agreement CA will be granted access to the data room.
Prospective purchasers are invited to participate in the process upon the complete execution of the CA. The property is being offered for sale, in its entirety with a new asking price of $4,600,000. The offers should be presented in one lump sum payment directly to David Anderton.
To provide a structured time frame for all interested parties to initiate due diligence evaluations of the property, the Seller will not respond to any offers until after March 26, 2018. All offers will be submitted to the Seller upon receipt and responded to after March 26, 2018.
