DESCRIPTION: Situated along Canoe Creek, a tributary of the Escambia River, is the Byrneville Road Tract in the northwest Florida panhandle. The land consist of pine plantations and mature hardwoods. There are 40 acres of loblolly planted pines that are 17 years old. The remainder of the land is in hardwoods and foodplots. There are currently 3 foodplots on the property that are easily accessible by the interior road system on the property.
