This tract includes ownership on both sides of Running Water Creek which lies just East of the Black River in Lawrence County, Arkansas. There are levees on the North, West, and southwest portions of the property with a large relift installed that will convey in the sale. The tract does have a conservation easement (not WRE or CRP) that allows maintenance of all existing improvements and timber to be cut, with approval, following Wildlife Stand Improvement practices. The tract is bounded on the South by a landlocked 40 +/- acre block of AGFC ground providing public land access that the general public cannot access.
