Tolleson Poultry is a three house pullet farm located in Leake County, MS near Carthage. This farm has three 40×400 houses raising Pullets and Spike Roosters for Tyson's Forrest Complex. Pullets and Spike Roosters offer the most stable income and some of the easier workloads in the poultry industry. The farm was built in 1996 with updates being done in 2006 and 2011. Tyson Foods has verified at the time of the listing that no updates are needed. Raising the Pullets on a 25 week growout in two houses and Spike Roosters on a 25 week growout that are staggered, this farm receives income every week of the year. Tyson pays Pullet Farms per square foot on a weekly basis with no performance goals. This farm has a historical gross annual income of over that does not include litter sales. Tyson will provide the shavings for any full clean out. Historical operating expenses have averaged under 15% of the gross annual income.
