A new set of holding pens and working corrals constructed with galvanized continuous fencing is also located at the headquarters.

The wildlife habitat has been enhanced with the addition of new water sources and limited hunting. Area wildlife includes elk, mule deer, whitetail deer, and turkey. 300+ class bull elk are frequently seen on the ranch.

Since 2012, when a wildfire burned through the ranch, the owner has made great efforts to restore the property including new fencing, planting trees, clearing burnt trees from fence lines and main roads, new tire water tanks, new corrals, and much more.
