DESCRIPTION: “Whitetail Buck deer munching on clover, Red tail hawk sitting on a limb” the Kings Way Tract is definitely a Dixieland Delight. Natural pine timber surrounds mature hardwood meadows full of deer and turkey. A road system travels around the perimeter of the property and then dissects the interior of the tract. Bates Creek runs across the property and provides water for the wildlife and could be a lake site. Power is available from the south and a survey has recently been performed.
