Caroline James is a REALTOR that was born and raised right here in Welcome, NC. A North Davidson alumni, she can tell you the roads like the back of her hand. After Caroline graduated from North Davidson, she then attended Davidson County Community College, Appalachian State University & UNC Charlotte. Straight out of college, Caroline went to work in the NASCAR world at ECR Engines which is located on the campus of Richard Childress Racing. Caroline James pursued her dream of becoming a Social Worker but it ultimately took a toll on her heart. Caroline’s father, Keith, growing up always told her to give Real Estate a shot. He knew that she had a bone in her body for homes whether it was selling them or finding the right fit. Caroline realized that her Dad was right & she soon began her Real Estate career in January of 2019. Caroline’s first year in Real Estate was tremendous. and continues to be one of the highest-grossing agents in Davidson County. Caroline has been blessed with some amazing clients & referrals that are now a part of the Mantle Mafia family! She currently resides in Midway with her husband Luke James. She has two amazing children, Waylon & Hadley. She loves her animals as they have their 3 dogs, Ranger, Molly & Lucy and lots of farm animals including goats, horses & a longhorn cow.
