Mario Vice joined our Mossy Oak team in November of 2022. In addition to being a member of our team, Mario owns Ragin Pest Elimination and has done so for 19 years now. Mario has quite a well-rounded history with real estate. He has realtor experience with EXP Realty, insurance agency ownership experience with Allstate Insurance, and inspection company ownership experience with HomeTek Home Inspections. He specializes in residential & commercial land development, recreational, farm & ranch, and agriculture. Contract negotiations are one of Mario's strong suits. Hunting, fishing, golf, being outdoors and cooking with family and friends are Mario's favorite hobbies. He is a proud member of Kiwanis International, UL-Lafayette Alumni, Susan G Komen (committee chair), Broussard Chamber of Commerce, Acadiana Home Builders Association, and more! Some of Mario's accomplishments include Allstate Insurance Inner Circle, Acadiana Pest Control Association (2-year President), and winning the Young Republican Entrepreneur Award at 23 years old. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and Political Science at the University of Louisiana Lafayette.
