From his grandfather, Jeff McMurtry, a renowned rancher and cattleman in Archer County, to his uncle, the author Larry McMurtry, Matt's history with the land runs deep. He shares the same love of the land and Texas Heritage that his family carried before him. This passion combined with his "can do" attitude, have enabled him to become one of the top Farm and Ranch real estate agents in North Central Texas. He has been blessed to be a multi-million dollar producer since obtaining his real estate license.
