Location: Region 11, Lower Alabama. Located 137 miles north of Mobile, 74 miles south of Montgomery, 25 miles northeast of Georgiana, and 4.7 miles west of Dozier, Alabama.
Description: This tract was clear cut approximately 4 years ago and currently has natural growth of pines regenerating on the property. There are two small water holes on the property that is great for the wildlife, and Threemile Creek runs through the property. While on the property, there were signs of deer everywhere, as well as a fair amount of doves on the property. Leon Tower Road needs some work, but the price makes this a very tantalizing property. The road splits the property, and offers ¼ mile road frontage on both sides. Land taxes are less than a year, which makes this a great recreation tract. No restrictions, so enjoy!
