Natural Bridge Spring is a remarkable piece of Walton County history, a small Second Magnitude spring and the Westernmost spring in the North Floridan Aquifer, and is on the market for the first time since the WWII era.

A historic crossing of Natural Bridge Creek, the original road is to be found on the 1854 resurvey of an 1826 survey of Township 6 North, Range 20 West recorded at the Walton County courthouse. The Natural Bridge Community appears on several 19th century maps and at one time boasted a stage-stop, mill, school, turpentine still and a number of residences, before then the area was utilized by Native Americans.

The property today is ripe for preservation, possible use as a recreation area, residential use or just to enjoy with family and friends. The Walton County Property Appraisers Office lists the area as 19.33 acres, Google Earth Pro indicates better than 22 acres but as the sellers own adjacent property including that to the West of Natural Bridge Spring (including Natural Bridge 'Sink') the exact acreage to be conveyed is negotiable.
