LOCATION: Northwest Alabama. Winfield is 9.9 miles to the south. Jasper is 40.7 miles to the east. Birmingham is 78.2 miles to the southeast. DESCRIPTION: The Mullins Tract is a timber investment and recreational tract. The timber is mostly planted pines that are approximately 14 years old and have been recently thinned. There is a nice hardwood bottom with a good creek that runs through the property. RECREATION: This property is a great deer and turkey hunting. There is plenty of cover and browse for the deer and the planted pines give the turkeys room to strut. The loading decks used during the recent timber thinning could easily be transformed into food plots. The creek offers a nice spot for a potential lake site.
ACCESS: From Exit 26 on Corridor X (I-22) take Alabama 44 West/South 1 mile and turn right onto Alabama Highway 253. After 3.3 miles the access road to the Mullins Tract will be on the right.
