LOCATION: Southeast Alabama. Abbeville is 17 miles to the north. Headland is 22 miles to the west. Dothan is 25 miles to the southwest. DESCRIPTION: The Stephens Tract is an excellent property to own a small farm or to have a father/son hunting retreat. This property is approximately ½ open field and ½ hardwood drains. The land is relatively flat and is a great growing area for the world famous Alabama peanut. RECREATION: This property is a great tract to hunt deer and turkey. The fields offer a great place for food plots and the hardwood drains provide great cover.
ACCESS: From Abbeville take Alabama Highway 95 South 16 miles and turn left onto Stovall Road. Then go 7/10’s of a mile and turn right onto Lane. The Stephens Tract will be on the right in 6/10’s of a mile.
